Customer Interaction Management Solution


Our client required a solution for their contact centres team to effectively manage their customer interactions to support them throughout their customer life cycle. The CIM solution Orcion built is a cloud based solution which seemlessly authenticates and integrates with multiple back end systems to provide one view of customers and their products and services. The users of the CIM system can view customer's subscription details and their invoice and payments history. It also allows them to manage the subscriptions and provide refunds to the customers. The system faciliates users to validate and log complaints and provides a way to add compensation for customers if required. 

Web Self Service 

Orcion client needed a seemless way to integrate their existing websites to offer self service pages to their end customers. The solution was in the form of a cloud based system that integrated with multiple existing websites. The end customer can login from any of their websites and view their invoices, payment hirstory, products and services and can update their subscription information including cancellation of subscription. Users are also able to log complaints and follow up on the existing complaints raised.

Administrator User Interface


As part of a digital transformation initiative, our client planned to deploy a complex order and distribution management solution to support their core business. The project included a requirement to provide a user interface that could be accessed via the internal business teams to set up and manage the back end system, with the objective to minimise dependencies on external teams post deployment and to protect targeted business benefits on time to market for new products and services. Orcion Systems designed and developed a cloud hosted user interface that is used by the back office and operational support teams.

Business Website


Our client required a website to promote a Riad that has been completely renovated in Marrakesh, Morocco. The requirement was to provide a visually engaging site that provided details on the history and background of the Riad and how it came to be, as well as providing detailed information on the Riad layout and stay options available to potential guests. Vistors to the site are also able to check availability of rooms and request a booking. Orcion Systems facilitated the complete site design, and then executed the full development and deployment in line with the client plans for moving from start up to an established business.
